i'm up with the smarts. yeah.

the following are the 2 questions that i got definitively right in pub trivia last night, without any help from anyone else:

- who played the character cecilia carol bloom?

- what 80s tv character was played by neil patrick harris?

now if that doesn't give you insight into my sad, simple little brain, nothing will.

congrats! answering obscure trivia questions when no-one else can is something you can defer to in any argument for years to come!

My little gem is:
- Which (non-music) duo toured Australia with a "face the Music" tour in the mid 1980s?

... oh, and remember - a pidgeon is NOT an insectivore (apologies to my team)

it's trivia... the only place where you get fame, fortune and offers of sex from those silly little obsessive pieces of information that fly around your head.

Work it baby!

I'm totally there with Doogie Howser (M.D.) but for a bonus point, who played Vinnie Delpino?

I will gag repeatedly at your incredible knowledge if you know the name of the producer of that show...

the wonderfully charismatic yet grating vinnie delpino was played by max casella.

i have no idea who the producer was and can't be bothered googling him either. and i don't really want to make you gag, book book. not yet anyway.

well that'd be Max Casella, now of the Sopranos (Benny Fazio). Steven Bochco, better known for producing NYPD Blue, was the producer on Doogie Howser MD. ok, who wants me for their team?

Steven Bochco shows always have the best opening theme songs. I think they're all by the same guy.
