following on from the runaway success of the 'reasons i love my beautician' series, i have decided to begin a new segment entitled 'the word from el rickado'.
in this mind-blowing new series from the creators of 'welcome to nadstown' (i.e. me), you will be sporadically presented with a glimpse into the incredible incite of my brother-in-law, el rickado.
this week el rickado says:
"cyclone larry: worst name for a cyclone ever".

I'd love to hear the oracle's thoughts on Lara Bingle.
i asked el rickado what he thinks of lara bingle, to which he replied:
"who the hell is she?"
then i told him that she is the sheila in the new australian tourism campaign causing quite the stir internationally. to which he replied with a blank stare.
then i told him that she doesn't mind getting her kit off for the cameras. his response:
"i'm all for her then".
i'd be interested to hear what el rickado has to say on the implications that the co-occurence of domestic violence and child abuse have for social work research, policy and practice...

i'd like to know what el rickado thinks of mick molloy doing the commentary for the lawn bowls during the commonwealth games.
and expanding on that topic, whether mick should then extend into other sports commentary, for example darts or gymnastics.
