It really seemed to be rubbed in this year, didn't it? You couldn't get away from it. My girlfriend is, i guess by choice, a mum-orphan due to having an alcoholic mother who repeatedly made life hell for nearly 30 years until the girls decided to stop contact with her altogether..... but my point being that my gf was almost constantly on the verge of tears this last week as everywhere you looked, listened or saw, there was stuff about M Day.... I don't remember it ever being so full on before. (or maybe with us, as with you, we were a little hypersensitive to the exposure this year).
but yeah, back to you. Hugs etc.
